Shipping and handling charges will be added separately after the order has been placed. For shipping and handling inquiries prior to the order, please call us at 800.927.2490. You will get a notification of your shipping charges prior to shipping.
We currently use UPS for all shipments. You can also choose to pick up your products at any of our store locations.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded at any time.
Returns
Our products are backed by 30 days satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase or if you feel that our product is not working the way it should, give us a call at 800.927.2490 and we will gladly show you what we mean by 'Rock Solid Service'.
Some exclusions may include custom bits, opened sealers and chemicals, or products improperly used or damaged by customer. We reserve the right to assess the returning product prior to return and refund.
